Do you deliver products? And are there any additional costs?
Our delivery charges are based on your geographical postcode location. We do endeavour to keep these charges to a minimum and you can play your part in helping us do this. If you are able to give accurate and detailed information at the point of the ordering, this will minimise re-redelivery occurrences and any further costs. Delivery charges will be waivered on orders over a minimum amount within the delivery zone. Overall we feel this service is good value for money and of a high standard.

 

Do you have disabled access and facilities ?
We have a number of spaces available for disabled parking, a disabled toilet and our entire site is very wheelchair friendly. Including ramp access to our Coffee Shop.

 

Can you pre-book or purchase over the phone? 
Yes, you can reserve seats in our coffee shop and also purchase items over the phone via our mail order facility, this is a secure service. Silversprings may occasionaly record calls which are often used for training purposes.
